Hambleton businesses are being invited to a free masterclass to learn more about how to develop and survive the coronavirus pandemic.

The three hour session for customer facing businesses – especially those in retail and hospitality – has been added to a series of free online workshops taking place next month which are focusing on the challenges Christmas 2020 is going to bring.

Hambleton District Council is bringing in Insight with Passion, an international business transformation agency based in Huddersfield, founded by TV business expert and international consultant Kate Hardcastle MBE, to deliver sessions.

The masterclass – on November 24 from 10am – will look at how businesses can continue to trade during the second lockdown and create a lasting solution and how they can better collaborate, create lasting partnerships and form relationships with like minded businesses.

It will also help businesses be in the best position to make the most out of the Christmas period.

“This Masterclass will focus areas such as how to pivot your business during these current times and how to create strategic partnerships and alliances to futureproof your business,” said Council Deputy Leader, Councillor Peter Wilkinson.

“It is more important now than ever, that we collaborate and work together for businesses to not only survive but thrive.”
